MindBody Therapy

MindBody Therapy fosters the connection between 3 systems:

Mental, Emotional and Physical.

We work on facing the immediate truth of our reality, the understanding and feeling of our state, and uncovering our innate, natural and healthy Self that strives for Life, Harmony and Growth.

Through MindBody Therapy we will explore many tools that you will learn and use in your daily life including somatic exercises, breathing exercises, and meditation practices.

Breathwork

Breathwork is the conscious use of the breath to heal, purify, energize, or calm our nervous system.

I use a variety of breathing practices designed to the theme of each session. I combine Ancient Taoism, Sufism, Pranayama, and modern Western breathwork including conscious connected breathing. These techniques help decrease muscle armoring, release tensions and patterns, all while savoring the blissful energy of the breath.

Breathwork is offered in private or group classes.

Somatics

Somatic practices that i offer can be divided into two main categories.

ACTIVE and RECEPTIVE Practices.

ACTIVE: are mainly practices from Taoism, Osho and Bioenergetics (Reich, Lowen) that activate, release, or transform energy through movement- based sessions.

RECEPTIVE: uses one's awareness to guide the exploration of the body-mind from within - These practices are rooted both in Tibetan Buddhism as well as contemporary western Somatics.

Somatics are offered in private or group classes..

Meditation

Meditation is a tool to enter from the periphery - your Mind and Body - into your inner most center. Your true, Natural Self, innate in every one of us.

It is a practice of Self-Remembering.

This state of being, as you will explore and experience, is one that is in complete harmony with your surrounding, with nature, with the absolute source of everything.

Whether you are interested in the spiritual aspect of meditation or not is totally personal. It is not a pre-requisite nor the objective for any of the classes.

Meditation is an integral aspect - included also in Somatic classes, Breathwork and individual sessions.

My role is to help you arrive at your OWN understandings and to see your truth as is. The only real knowing is one that comes from within yourself.

We will explore together starting with your needs, your present situation, curiosities, or issue. This can range from working on decision making, stress management, anxiety, or inner development and spirituality for example..

We follow a 10 session arc (via Zoom) that forms a basis for the process.

We will talk, have practice sessions, feel, and move !

Some of the immediate benefits include calmness, centerdness, expansion, grounding, playfulness, vitality, and clarity.

MindBody Therapy focuses not only on talking, but also embodying the thoughts and emotions consciously in order to have a harmonious and complete integration of mind heart body.

About me

Hi ! A little bit about me. I am a Certified Mind Body Coach, Breathwork, and Meditation Facilitator. My interest started in Meditation, more than 10 years ago and became the basis for my ongoing inner development and understanding. My search lead me to train with different teachers in practices from - Osho, Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Zen, & Sufism. The beauty of this work lies in the exploration of the inner world, and the sharing with others from that same space of experience. My trainings have been in coaching, breathwork, and meditation techniques, but my personal interests have spread across health, nutrition, lifestyle, nature, poetry, philosophy, and psychology. Currently studying Shiatsu therapy.
